Onboarding

Every subscription starts with a short, thoughtful intake. The depth scales with your tier — Basics covers the essentials in a few minutes, All-In provides us an in-depth understanding that takes around 15 minutes. We learn what matters to your partner, what they already have, what dates anchor your relationship, and any restrictions we need to honor. Luxury begins with a conversation instead of a form — we want to understand what you're looking for before pricing anything.

Curation

Each shipment is thoughtfully curated, taking your onboarding information into consideration. We track what you've sent, what they've responded to, and what's coming up on your shared calendar. Items rotate. Gestures vary. Nothing repeats.

Key Dates and SMS

Add the dates that matter — their birthday, your anniversary, the day you met, International Girlfriend's Day, your dog's adoption day, or custom dates you label yourself so we know how to curate properly. We send SMS reminders 21, 7, and 2 days before each date. For major dates, we give you the optionality to upgrade your shipment to something worthy of the moment — the upgrade window opens 21 days out. If you opt in, we curate accordingly. If you don't respond, we ship at your normal tier.

Delivery

Choose at signup whether shipments come to you or directly to your partner. Each shipment ships directly from the maker, vendor, or provider — not from a Presence Club warehouse, because we don't have one. This is intentional: no Presence Club branding, no choreographed unboxing. The gesture feels like one you made yourself, because essentially you did — we handled the reliability, sourcing, and timing.

Flexibility

Pause for up to 90 days at any time. Upgrade your subscription one month or several, with at least 21 days' notice before your next shipment. Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your final paid shipment is still honored.
