Simpler curations ship in a week or two; custom maker pieces take longer. After your first shipment, you'll receive a new one approximately every 30 days (or every 60 for bi-monthly) until you cancel. Twelve payments produce twelve shipments.
No, and that's intentional. The curation is the value. You'll tell us about your partner's aesthetic, preferences, restrictions, and key dates — and we'll make every decision from there. If something misses, we make it right next time.
Each shipment arrives directly from the maker, vendor, or provider — not from a Presence Club warehouse. We do this on purpose: no Presence Club branding, no fake 'curated box' moment, no shipping costs we pass to you. The gesture feels like one you made yourself, because essentially you did — we handled the sourcing, and timing. If shipped to you, you control how the gift gets given. If shipped to your partner, it arrives as a thoughtful piece chosen carefully for them.

A curated shipment, scaled by tier. Basics typically arrives as one well-chosen item. Higher tiers may arrive as a single piece OR as a small bundle of complementary items from one maker — packaged together as one experience. Standard and above occasionally substitute a service gift card (massage, nails, yoga, at-home car wash) when it fits the moment. We don't list specific products because the curation is the point.
Yes. Pause for up to 90 days at any time. Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your final paid shipment is still honored. No fees, no friction.
Flowers are one thing. We are a relationship system. We track dates that matter to you, rotate categories so nothing repeats, send SMS reminders before key moments, and scale our curation as your relationship grows.
Any photos or details you share are encrypted, used only for curation, and deleted within 30 days if you cancel. We will never share, sell, or use your data for anything other than serving your subscription.
The Presence Club is built for anyone who wants to show up more consistently for the person they love — partnerships of any duration, configuration, or stage. Our curation is currently calibrated for gifting to women, which fits the majority of our subscribers today. If your partner is a man, we'll do our best with the current maker network and flag your account for tailored sourcing — and we're expanding categories in 2027 to serve broader configurations more fully.
You can skip up to two shipments per year on monthly plans without penalty. Bi-monthly plans skip via cancellation if needed.
Yes, anytime — with at least 21 days' notice before your next shipment. Upgrade for a single month or permanently from your account.

Full refund if a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect. We don't refund for personal preference — the curation is the service, and we improve it shipment over shipment. Cancel anytime to stop future shipments; your most recent paid shipment is still honored.
We do a quick eligibility check before charging you, because we'd rather know upfront if we can't fulfill what you'd expect. If you're outside the continental US, or your partner is a man (our curation is currently calibrated for female recipients), we'll show you the situation and your options before any payment is processed.
No. As we add new service categories, existing subscribers receive a clear opt-in communication with any price impact disclosed upfront. Doing nothing keeps your current plan and price. New services only apply if you actively choose them.
